Description:  Arab Essarafa At the Bottom of the Ladder describes the daily life of olive pickers in the region of Sfax and emphasizes a family whose livelihood depends on this seasonal activity.

Every year at the same time, Salem carrying his wife and children away from their place of origin to provide services to owners of olive. Two brothers, two different destinies in an arid environment where survival is a struggle.
