Description:
  In 1982, a group of local musicians in Adiyaman can not earn their living due to the curfew implemented in those years. The solution they find results in jail. The martial law commander of the region wants to create a “modern orchestra” with these local street musicians, and the tragicomic events begin.

They decide to prepare an interesting welcome ceremony for the members of the Council, who will visit the town. There are others, who also prepare to welcome the council. Haydar, a university student, plans a protest and Gulendam, daughter of Abuzer who was selected as the conductor of the “modern orchestra", helps Haydar to prepare this protest. A surprise is on the way, which will occur as a result of the interference of these two preparations.
