Christie Davis
Christie Davis comes to filmmaking via theatre and music. A graduate of Northwestern University, Evanston, IL, Christie attended drama school in London, England and currently co-owns a video production company, which specializes in filming award-winning theatrical productions throughout southern California, including Julie Harris in "The Belle of Amherst.'

"Beyond Babylon, a documentary short about the true cost of war weaves past and present to reveal the true cost of war as it moves from neighborhood anti-war protests in Hollywood, CA to the white crosses of Arlington West where a father mourns the death of soldiers in Iraq.

Currently, Christie Davis is also producing, directing, writing a feature-length documentary, "When The Cheering Stops: Voices of Female Gulf War Veterans" that explores these female soldiers' experiences during the war and their current struggles with crippling Gulf War illnesses.

Christie also wrote, directed, produced a narrative short, "Friendly Fire," a story of a Gulf War veteran with Gulf War illnesses who faces disappointment in both love and war, that screened at several film festivals.
