Koldo Almandoz
Born in San Sebastián, 1973. In addition to eating well, not getting up early and other vices, Koldo has made several documentaries and short films, including Razielen itzulera (1997/16 mm, Zabaltegi, San Sebastian Festival), Habana 3 (1998/Documentary video. Havana Festival), A dar ba kar (2000 / 35 mm. Various festivals and awards: Jinete Ibérico at Huesca Festival, Mediterranean Festival, Majorca...) and Belarra (2002/35 mm, selected for the Cannes International Critics’ Week, winner of various prizes and participant in festivals as widely varying as Rotterdam, Marseilles, Telluride, Mieres, Voladero, Manlleu, Tehran, Girona, Istanbul, the Reunion Islands...).

He currently watches the waves break on the beach and directs the magazine the balde.
