Wouter Wiggeleer
Wouter Wiggeleer was born in Ninove, Belgium in 1987. He grew up in the neighboring village of Appelterre and went to school in Aalst and Ninove. When he was 18, he chose to study “Bachelor in Electronics-ICT” at the KAHO St-Lieven in Ghent. In 2011, he started evening course “Videorealisation” at Syntra West in Brugge. Already from the start of the two years course, Wouter started with the realization of his final thesis, the short movie How Can I Help.

Wouter has also played several roles as extra in multiple films and series . He wanted to meet different people, such as actors and directors. Several of the people he met, helped him with his first short. Wouter found it important to learn a lot by making his thesis and therefore, he did most of the pre- and post-production work himself as well as the scouting of actors and crew.

Wouter graduated with the greatest distinction with the appreciation of the jury. He hopes that his thesis will represent a good start in the movie world.
