Erik Bernasconi, born and bred in Ticino, is a graduate of Italian Literature from the University of Fribourg (Switzerland), 1999. From an early age he is attracted to the world of writing and performing and, in 2002, transforms a passion into a profession with a diploma from the “Conservatoire Libre du Cinéma Français” in Paris. He make his directorial début in 2004 with the short-film “Fenêtre”, nominated in the “Pardi di domani” category at the Locarno International Film Festival.
Sinestesia is his first fiction film.
